Shipping and Returns

The short version

We make every book to order and ship it to US addresses only, with tracking. Shipping and US sales tax are added at checkout. If anything arrives damaged or misprinted, or never arrives, we'll reprint it or refund you.

How your order is made

Every book is made to order and printed in the US. After you order, we make the full book, check it before printing, then print it and ship it to you. Most orders are printed and shipped within 5 days, then delivery takes 3 to 5 business days, with tracking.

Where we ship

We ship to addresses in the United States only.

Shipping costs and tax

Shipping isn't included in the book price. It's added at checkout, along with US sales tax, so you see the full cost before you pay.

Orders with more than one package

If your order includes merch, it can arrive in more than one package. Each package has its own tracking.

Your ebook

Every book comes with an ebook. We email you a link as soon as it's ready, before your printed book arrives.

If something goes wrong

If anything arrives damaged or misprinted, or your order never arrives, email hello@magikast.com within 30 days of delivery with your order number. For damage or a misprint, please include a photo. We'll reprint it or refund you.

Returns

Every book is personalized and every item is made to order, so we can't accept returns or exchanges if you change your mind. This doesn't affect anything that arrives damaged or misprinted, or is lost: we'll reprint it or refund you.

Please check your child's name in the preview before you order.
