This Shipping & Refund Policy explains how delivery, replacements, and refunds work when you order from Magikast.
Magikast is operated by Baby Design Ltd., with a trading address at 378 Mare Street, London E8 1HR, United Kingdom.
1. Personalised Products
All Magikast books are made to order and personalised based on the information provided at checkout.
Once an order has been placed and payment completed, production begins immediately.
Because of this, all purchases are final and non-refundable, except where required by law or as expressly stated in this policy.
2. Shipping Areas
We currently ship printed books to:
- The United Kingdom
- European Union countries
We do not ship outside these regions at this time.
3. Delivery Times
Printed books are fulfilled in-house.
Estimated delivery time is 5–9 working days from the date of order confirmation. This information may be communicated while checking out.
Delivery times are estimates only and may vary due to production volumes, carrier delays, or circumstances beyond our control.
4. Shipping Responsibility
Magikast is responsible for preparing and dispatching your order within the stated production timeframe.
Once an order has been dispatched, delivery is handled by a third-party logistics provider. While we work with reliable carriers, we are not responsible for transit times or delays that occur once the order has left our facilities, including delays caused by couriers, customs, weather, or other circumstances outside our control.
If a book arrives damaged or with a manufacturing defect, please contact us as soon as possible. In such cases, we will review the issue and may offer a replacement at our discretion.
5. Incorrect Address Details
Customers are responsible for providing accurate delivery details at checkout.
If an incorrect or incomplete address is provided, please contact us immediately.
We cannot guarantee address changes once an order has entered production or has been shipped. Magikast is not responsible for failed delivery caused by incorrect address information.
6. Refund Policy
As all books are personalised and made to order:
- We do not offer refunds once payment has been completed
- Orders cannot be cancelled after checkout
- Refunds are not available for change of mind
This includes situations where the customer decides they no longer want the product after ordering.
7. Replacements
In certain circumstances, we may offer a replacement book at our discretion, including:
- Books that arrive damaged
- Books with printing or binding defects
