Where we ship

We ship to addresses in the United States only.

How your order is made and sent

Every book is made to order for your child and printed in the US. Most orders are printed and shipped within 5 days, then delivery takes 2 to 4 business days. Mugs, bottles, blankets and tote bags are printed to order the same way.

If your order includes more than one kind of item, it may arrive in more than one package, sometimes from different print locations and on different days. Each package has its own tracking.

Shipping costs

Shipping is calculated at checkout, based on what's in your cart and where it's going, and shown before you pay. When your order ships in more than one package, you pay the shipping for the most expensive package only.

Tracking

We email you as soon as each package ships, with a link to track it. You can also see your order's status from the link in your order confirmation email.

Your ebook

Your ebook is ready before your printed book arrives. We email you a link as soon as it's ready.

Holiday orders

For delivery before Christmas, order by December 7 with standard shipping.

Address problems

Please check your address at checkout. We can't change it once your order has gone to print. If a package comes back to us because of an incorrect address, we'll help you get it resent, at cost.

Lost or damaged packages

If a package is lost or arrives damaged, see our Refund Policy. We'll reprint and resend it or refund you.

Sales tax

US sales tax is added at checkout where it applies.
